Carolyn Tilden

Carolyn has a proven track record of coaching individuals toward inspired and confident leadership.  With her guidance, leaders and teams learn to adapt their leadership patterns to ensure their actions align with their desired outcomes and business results.  Her critical thinking skills, practical action orientation and ability to build trusting relationships quickly deliver value to her clients.

Carolyn works with clients in senior management positions across many industries including:  insurance, telecommunications, advertising, publishing and professional services.  She brings 20 years of corporate experience to her work as a leadership team development consultant and executive coach.  Her work is grounded by her first-hand experience leading large-scale corporate initiatives as well as her personal journey to overcome roadblocks of her own making.   

Prior to her current career in the professional development industry, Carolyn worked in a diverse set of industries including advertising, consulting, consumer products and telecommunications, in both public and privately held companies.  She served at the officer level at Leo Burnett and US Cellular and serves on the Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago.
